Work Stages
From ambient to 600ºC operating temperatures, standard HYBOND work stages are ready for a wide range of bonding requirements
HYBOND work stages plug directly into your Hybond wire bonder or die bonder for seamless integration and optimal performance. If our standard products do not meet your requirements, let us design a custom work stage to your specifications.
Using any HYBOND workstage stand-alone is easy… Just use the HYBOND 400A temperature controller to heat it!

Work Platforms
Versatile alignment and mounting options
Work Platforms are used with bonders that lack alignment systems or as alternatives to other alignment methods. HYBOND Work Platforms do not directly hold the work but provide custom mounting for work stages or holders.
HYBOND offers both manual (100 Series) and motorized programmable (200 Series) work platforms.
Unlike work stages, work platforms do not generate heat and are not meant as work holders, but as positioners for the work holders or work stages.
