Specialized wire bonding and die bonding solutions
Model HY-Pulse 900C Fluxless/Eutectic Solder Station
Versatile stand-alone variable time pulse heat generating system
Precise heating – from ambient to 400ºC in four seconds
The HY-Pulse 900C system features independently adjustable heat pulse and cooling cycle durations for more control over the soldering process. The system supports up to four unique heating profiles than can run in series with the ability to program up to ten heat/cool steps per profile.
- High-power pulse heat generator
- Independently adjustable heat pulse and cooling cycle
- Programmable heating and cooling profiles
- External jack for separate die bond
Ideal for applications requiring rapid heating and cooling control.
The HY-Pulse 900C is best suited for applications that need minimal or no scrubbing, manual scrubbing, short heating times, or reworking of pre-soldered parts. For applications requiring precise pick, place and scrub of devices, the Hy-Pulse 900C easily integrates with HYBOND Eutectic die bonder models UDB-141 of UDB-206B.
The cooling process can be accelerated by activating the cool nitrogen blower.
